'Snap decisions become a reality, ensuring ultimate control for the helicopter pilot and safety for all involved in each individual flight'.

Maestro Aviation present:

The Electronic Flight Manual (EFM) - a handheld computer for the pilot.

The Maestro Flight Operations Procedures Management System (OPMS) - for optimum control and communication within a fleet, by the electronic transference of all data to and from Flight Operations.

1.EFM

  • Fast, accurate performance calculations and recalculations according to weather and landing site changes
  • All calculations in accordance with the AFM, whilst tailored to individual pilots' needs and designed to meet requirements for full certification in RTCA/00178B software standard.

The Electronic Flight Manual reacts with speed to:
  • Last minute load changes
  • Full trip CG to minimum fuel at diversions
  • Fast warning if CG goes to outside limits with visual display of CG position and rapid recalculations according to passenger load changes.

    The EFM also contains:
  • Voyage Report and Technical Log
  • Pilots Navigation Log (PLog)
  • Safety reports
  • Weather and Notams
  • Minimum Equipment Lists (MELs)

  • 2.OPMS
The Maestro Flight Operations Procedures Management System, with its electronic operations board, enables all pilots in a fleet, at any one time, direct access to each other's situation.
  • Route and Fuel Planning
  • Pilots Briefing Form
  • Voyage reporting
  • Safety reports
  • Technical Log
  • Both systems keep the pilot alert to all potential problems with access to highly specific information, enabling him to rectify a situation instantly. Both products are on the cutting edge of a move towards instant access to data, saving valuable time and reducing cockpit paperwork to a minimum. They can be seen as a way forward in our technologically advanced- and safety-aware age. In the future, they will not be additional features but permanent and essential fixtures.
